How To Create Your New WDCE Student Profile

To assist you the first time you create a student profile, we have created a short video: WDCE Student Profile Creation, a short Video

Parents see special instructions for creating your child's profile below.

Returning Students:

We highly recommend that you use your existing MYMC username when creating a new student profile in this portal. This is NOT MYMC, however both MYMC and the WDCE Augusoft portal will both use the same MYMC username. If you cannot remember your MYMC username here is the link to  MYMC (https://mymc.glb.montgomerycollege.edu) to assist you.

New Students:

You will be asked to create a username and password when you create your student profile. However, Customer Service will issue you a new username within two business days which you will be able to use in MYMC or WDCE/ Augusoft in the future. 


Youth Program Students grades K-12 Special Instructions

  • Parent or Guardian be sure to create a student profile for your child, be sure to use the child's  legal name and birthday when you create the profile, not yours . The other information such as email & phone may be the yours, as well as the credit card information.
  • EMAIL address: .Be sure to use an email that is regularly monitored. You will receive emails from the Youth Program with information about required CampDocs, and other important notices.  

Residency Policy:

  • To qualify as a resident of the state of Maryland for tuition purposes, legal domicile must have been maintained for at least three months or more prior to the first regularly scheduled class.
  • Non-Maryland residents (NMR) pay Out-of-State Fee of  $25.00 per course out-of-state fee for youth offerings. Non-U.S. Citizens: Select no for Maryland Resident.
