This course is ideal for working professionals and individuals seeking practical AI productivity and automation skills for today’s evolving workplace. Students will develop hands-on expertise in prompt engineering, advanced conversational AI techniques, and AI-assisted problem-solving using Claude. Through real-world applications, participants will learn how to use Claude for research, reporting, data interpretation, content creation, project management, and workflow automation.
The course also explores how to build persistent knowledge bases with Claude Projects, create interactive applications and visual content using Claude Artifacts, and automate complex business tasks through Claude CoWork and the Computer Use API. In addition, participants will examine responsible AI practices, including data privacy, ethical considerations, and strategies to identify and mitigate AI bias in professional environments.
