This course introduces practical prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflow design using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot, as well as Python. Designed for learners with introductory programming and AI knowledge, the course focuses on creating effective prompts, generating structured outputs, and using AI to enhance software development and productivity. Through hands-on exercises and a final project, students will learn to design, test, and refine prompts, build prompt-driven workflows and applications, and evaluate AI-generated content. The course also addresses common AI risks, including hallucinations, bias, privacy concerns, prompt injection, and overreliance on AI. Pre-requisites:  Programming Fundamentals (ITI454) and Introduction to Generative AI (ITI555) or equivalent experience.
