Cybersecurity for AI-Powered Applications is a hands-on course for cybersecurity students who want to learn how to secure applications built with AI tools and AI-assisted coding platforms. Students will explore common risks such as exposed API keys, weak access controls, prompt injection, data leakage, insecure deployments, and application abuse.
Through guided labs and a final project, students will apply security controls to an AI-powered application, test it for vulnerabilities, and improve its security, reliability, and readiness for deployment.
Prerequisite: Security+ certification or equivalent foundational cybersecurity knowledge.
