This introductory course teaches the Cheng Man Ching (CMC) 37-form, featuring gentle, flowing movements that enhance balance, flexibility, and muscle strength while promoting relaxation and stress reduction. The course will provide instruction on Tai Chi body motions, stance & posture. beginner 1 class provides instruction of the first 12 CMC 37 movements, the “Twist Step #3”, and the conclusion of the CMC 37 form. Students will have the opportunity to practice the entire CMC 37 form and to ask questions on how they are practicing the form.
