Under the instruction of our Michelin-starred Pastry Chef Annie Clemmons, we'll demystify these iconic French Pastries with hands-on instruction in a start-to-finish class, from making dough to the baking process. You'll learn about the lamination process, making and filling your croissants with an assortment of fillings (think Blackberry Chocolate Ganache, Banana Pecan Jam, Ham and Swiss, Almond Frangipane), then rolling, proofing and baking your croissants. Each student will go home with an assortment of fresh-baked croissants!
