Homemade confections make the most perfect hostess or holiday gifts.   Under Michelin-starred Pastry Chef Annie Clemmons, make your own curated collection of the most classic of elegant treats:  Salted Caramels, Blackberry Marshmallows, and Passion-Fruit Strawberry Pate de Fruit.  We'll learn the inner workings of sugar: caramelization, aeration and suspension, as well gelling with invert sugars. Please bring an apron to class.
