This course introduces the principles of mat Pilates with a focus on core stability, posture, breath work, and functional movement. Through guided sessions, students explore alignment, mobility, and muscular endurance to support everyday activities and long-term joint health. Classes include intentional sequencing, balance, and flexibility in a supportive environment. Participants build foundational Pilates skills while improving strength, coordination, and body awareness, with modifications and progressions for different fitness levels.
