If you've been wanting to learn how to build a layer cake (fill, frost and elegantly decorate), this class is for you! We'll give you hands-on instruction on filling the cake, making simple buttercream, filling a pastry bag, using tips and spatulas for smooth surfaces. Instruction on coloring and simple decoration will help you take home a lovely cake you will be proud of!
