This continuing education course is designed for candidates in the Alternative Certification for Effective Teachers (ACET) Program who are completing their second Residency year. Building upon foundational knowledge and classroom experience gained during Residency I, this course provides additional support, guided practice, and reflection opportunities to strengthen instructional effectiveness and professional growth. Participants will deepen their understanding of learner development, responsive teaching, instructional planning, and evidence-based pedagogical practices. Through analysis, modeling, implementation, and reflection, candidates will refine their ability to create engaging learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of students and positively impact student achievement.
