Coaching for Residency I - Spring

This course provides individualized coaching to support candidates during the residency phase of the ACET program. Through guided reflection, feedback, goal setting, and job-embedded professional learning, candidates refine instructional practices, address identified pedagogical needs, and deepen their impact on student learning. Coaching progresses along a continuum from instructional coaching to transformational coaching, fostering increased professional autonomy, leadership, and continuous growth as educators.
