Passport to Global Flavors is your ticket to a culinary adventure! Join us on a journey through the diverse cuisines of Montgomery County's vibrant immigrant communities. In this hands-on cooking camp, you’ll dive into the rich flavors of Salvadoran pupusas, Indian curries, Nigerian and Ghanaian jollof rice, Ethiopian injera, and so much more. Along the way, you’ll pick up essential cooking skills, experiment with unique ingredients, and uncover the stories behind each dish.
