Power Up Your Creativity

Do you ever feel stuck when you want to be creative? You’re not alone! Everyone experiences creative blocks, but there are simple tricks to overcome them and prevent them from happening again. Your creativity is essential for school and everyday life. Join us to learn and practice brain-based tools that dissolve mental blocks, relieve writing stress, and keep your mind in a creative state all day. We’ll engage in fun and fast games, mindfulness practices, mental “stretching,” and more to train your brain. You’ll gain the ability to “turn on” your creative mind at will using these simple techniques. Your instructor, Alice Langholt, Ph.D., is a Reiki Master Teacher, EFT Practitioner, Intuitive Counselor, and a prolific author. She teaches at Montgomery College with the Lifelong Learning Institute and Youth Programs.
