Future Leaders Lab: Career & Leadership Readiness

Tomorrow’s leaders prepare today. In this camp, you’ll explore your values and strengths as a foundation for leadership while developing career readiness and self-leadership skills. You’ll practice professional communication, interviewing, and networking, and learn strategies for building purposeful routines and long-term goals. By the end, you’ll create a polished Future Leader Portfolio—a showcase of your strengths and a toolkit for future success. This camp has been approved by MCPS for 5 Student Service Learning (SSL) hours. In partnership with KGH Leadership.
