Mixed Media Studio: Expanded 2D Practices

Take your studio practice beyond a single medium. This advanced mixed media course is for artists who already have experience with drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, textiles, or related media and want to experiment with how those processes can work together. Students will develop several finished 2D projects over the 10-week course, with time for demonstrations, experimentation, individual feedback, and critique. A variety of materials will be provided, and students are encouraged to bring additional papers, fabrics, found materials, or familiar art supplies from home when they support their ideas.
