This course is part two of a three-part series. The SERIES prepares you for the ASE A-6 Electrical/Electronic Systems technician certification exam. Topics include purpose, parts, operation, failure diagnosis, and repair of automotive batteries, cranking systems, and charging systems. Cruise control, RKE, theft-deterrent, and remote-start systems are also covered. Prerequisite: Automotive Electricity I or current employment as a technician or technicians helper familiar with basic electrical theory and DMM operation.
