The Construction Planning and Scheduling course reviews and analyzes the planning and scheduling requirements used to manage construction projects. It will cover the preparation and pre-construction planning performed by the Project Manager and Project Superintendent. You will learn how to manually develop a Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule for planning construction operations. You will use Primavera P6 scheduling software to develop the list of activities for the project, the duration of activities, and relationships to determine the project's critical path and duration. Management reports will be developed and analyzed.
