In this class, students will explore exercise, cardio, stretching, and warmups, along with basic concepts related to body composition and overall wellness. You will also learn how nutrition and physical activity support a healthy lifestyle. Activities include hula hoop fitness, relays, kickball, team games, stretching, and cardio exercises. Hula hoops are used as fun tools for balance, coordination, strength, and endurance. Through group activities, you will build confidence, teamwork, and friendships while staying active. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers and bring a water bottle to each class.
