Using the history of chocolate, (from the Aztecs to present day) as a backdrop, we will make delectable treats whose recipes will be used for future celebrations, gatherings, or just “because”. Think: Creamy Hot Cocoa, Chocolate Silk Tart with Strawberries, Ooey Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Frosting, and Chocolate Malted Mousse. Grab your aprons!
