High school brings stress, pressure, and big transitions — but strong leaders know how to rise above. In this camp, you’ll learn to recognize stress signals, practice calming and reframing strategies, and strengthen your confidence with positive self-talk. Through hands-on activities and real-world scenarios, you’ll build emotional resilience, practice leading under pressure, and discover how to stay grounded when challenges arise. By the end of the week, you’ll create your own Confidence Under Pressure Toolkit—a practical resource to support yourself and your peers in navigating stress with clarity and strength. This camp has been approved by MCPS for 10 Student Service Learning (SSL) hours. In partnership with KGH Leadership.
