Travel to the Caribbean through food while building valuable baking and pastry skills! In this class, you will learn how to prepare a flavorful filling, work with pastry dough, and shape handheld pastries from scratch. As you explore new flavors and culinary traditions, you will develop creativity and confidence in the kitchen. You will create golden, flaky Jamaican beef patties bursting with authentic Caribbean flavor. In partnership with Say Grace Children’s Culinary Academy.
