Ready to dive into the world of robotics? This beginner-friendly camp is perfect for aspiring robot enthusiasts looking to build their own autonomous robot car! You’ll develop essential electronics skills as you solder your robot from components, including sensors like photoresistors that help it respond to its environment. Learn to use a multimeter to check connections, troubleshoot, and fine-tune your robot’s performance. Once your build is complete, get ready for the camp robot rally—design and race your robot on custom tracks! At the end of camp, take home your very own robot.  Familiarity with soldering is recommended, and your meticulous attention to details is the key to getting your autonomous robot running on the track. Instructors: Dr. Monica Mellini, MC Faculty, and MC Engineering Students.
