The applications of artificial intelligence are endless--and can be overwhelming.  In our classes, we will examine fields such as health, economics, music, and engineering through the lens of artificial intelligence.  We will study interpretable and black-box models, including K-nearest neighbors classification, regression, K-means clustering, and decision tree methods. We will also cover important ethical issues, including algorithmic bias and the pitfalls of overfitting and underfitting.  A typical class will be filled with coding practices, lectures, hands-on practice, and projects where we will train and test our own machine-learning models.  Artificial intelligence is a field that is constantly growing and evolving.  We hope you will be inspired to continue to study machine learning and the broader field of computer science after the program. In partnership with Yang Academy.
