Baking is just the beginning in this exciting camp!  For those looking to add some originality to their next batch of cupcakes, this is the camp for you! Throughout the week, you will learn how to bake several types of cakes, make a variety of frosting from scratch, and put it all together like professional Pastry Chefs.  You will learn how to elegantly pipe and creatively decorate both cakes and cupcakes.  The only thing that you need to bring to this camp, is creativity! MC Faculty, Marriott Culinary Arts
