Former Water Exercise, now LLI class for 50+
Gentle exercises providing for optimum fitness. Learn how to use water resistance to develop muscle tone and flexibility, as well as increase endurance. Practice techniques using water buoyancy to aid in relaxation, stress reduction, and mood enhancement. Apply gentle water exercise to increase cardio health and help with chronic conditions. This course will be presented at several different difficulty levels and is not a swimming course.
