Youth School Year Programs

Spring brings a number of ONE DAY Programs. Lots of STEAM!

I. Kids Change the World (Rockville Campus)

1. February 11^th, Ages 8-10, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

3. Lots of Activities throughout the day. Democracy, music, community, and lots of interactive activities.
   1. Bring a bag lunch
4. How to Register. - 1. Visit the flyer or the Special Event Catalogue page to view course descriptions. 2. Go to Special Event Catalogue page  to Register for “Kids Change the World" on February 11th, 2023” Select and add to cart Add to Cart. Check out and pay. If you have not already created a student profile, you will be prompted to do so.   

II. Black Rocket, Launch Your Creativity (Germantown Campus)

1. March 4^th, Ages 8-11, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

3. Select a morning and an afternoon session from a variety of STEM classes
   1. Bring a bag lunch
4. How to Register. - 1. Visit the flyer or the Special Event Catalogue page to view course descriptions. Write down your two choices. 2. Go to Special Event Catalogue page  to Register for “MC and Black Rocket One Day Program-March 4, 2023” Select and AM and a PM class and Add to Cart. Check out and pay. If you have not already created a student profile, you will be prompted to do so.   

III. Goldsmith Education, LLC.

1. April 15^th, Ages 6-16, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

3. Two different STEM Programs depending on the child's age: 
   1. STEM Simple Machines (morning) and Engineering & STEM Coding with LEGO® (afternoon) (Ages 6-10)
   2. VEX Robotics (morning)and STEM Coding & Coding and Robotics with LEGO® Mindstorm (afternoon)  (Ages 6-10)
      1. Bring a bag lunch

5. For Ages 6-10 sign up for STEM Simple Machines and Engineering & STEM Coding with LEGO -Check out and pay. If you have not already created a student profile, you will be prompted to do so.
6. For Ages 11-16 sign up for VEX Robotics and STEM Coding & Coding and Robotics with Lego Mindstorm. Check out and pay. If you have not already created a student profile, you will be prompted to do so.
