The Supreme Court of the United States has made many decisions that have impacted the lives of Americans. In this camp, you will research famous decisions that have changed how we live and work in this country. You will research a case of your choice and present it in class, focusing on how you can use this idea to advocate for change in your community. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, you will travel to Washington DC via the metro to explore such sites as the Supreme Court and the United States Capitol Building. Please note that the field trip locations may change based on COVID protocols. MCPS has approved this camp session for 10 Student Service Learning (SSL) hours.  In partnership with Milner Educational Consulting.
